Durbar is a doctoral researcher and MSCA Fellow in DREAM+PLAN, employed at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), Kaunas, Lithuania & Co-enrolled at RMIT University in a Double Degree Position.

Durbar's Story
Durbar is an AI enthusiast with a research goal of designing, implementing and analyzing Agentic AI systems for organizations. He has over five years of experience in digitalization, IT and business analytics. His academic background in computer vision, data engineering and Information Technology along with his research experience in machine learning and AI make him extensively motivated for further research. With his major studies in Computer Vision and Pattern Recognition he gained profound knowledge in Data Analysis, Predictive modelling, Machine Learning, AI, forecasting techniques and computational modelling. Durbar's practical background in IT operations, system integration, business process reengineering, AI implementation provides him a solid foundation for rigorous academic research. His focus is to research, validate the
outcomes and establish novel approaches for sustainability in business strategies.

Within the DREAM+PLAN program, Durbar is most excited about the strong possibility of creating an impact for sustainability in business strategies and collaboration with organizations for implementing Agentic AI systems. He is excited to learn from the group and also share his thoughts.
