Golnoosh is a doctoral researcher and MSCA Fellow in DREAM+PLAN, employed at LUT University, Kouvola, Finland and co-enrolled at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia in a Double Degree Position.

Golnoosh's Story
Golnoosh is inspired by the idea that small and medium-sized businesses can be powerful drivers of change, not just passive players during crises. They have the flexibility and creativity to adapt and even lead transformation. The potential to help these companies become more resilient and contribute to a better future motivates Golnoosh.

Golnoosh's dream is to complete the PhD with something that is not only meaningful in academia but also practical and useful for businesses. She wants to create tools or insights that organizations can apply to become stronger and more future-ready. She also hopes to finish this journey more confident, more capable, and more connected.

Within the DREAM+PLAN Program, Golnoosh is excited about the opportunity to grow both academically and personally by working with two different universities in two different countries. The mix of perspectives, experiences, and research cultures is something she values. Golnoosh feels this program pushes her to think beyond traditional academic work and focus on real-world challenges, which is exactly what she wants from a PhD.
