Ivy's Story
Ivy Londa is a sustainability practitioner and researcher with over a decade of experience at the intersection of innovation, social entrepreneurship, and systems change. She is the co-founder of harapura impact, a think tank and consulting platform advancing regenerative development; co-founder of Perempuan Laut Indonesia (Women of the Ocean), an NGO amplifying women’s voices in the ocean sphere; and previously co-founded ramuraga, a women-led social venture promoting mindful living and community empowerment.
Her career spans roles with international organizations such as the UK–Indonesia Tech Hub, as well as various enterprise support organizations and innovation labs, while also strengthening grassroots initiatives across Southeast Asia. She has designed and led programs in circular economy, digital innovation, and inclusive economic empowerment—working with entrepreneurs, corporations, governments, and civil society actors.

A Chevening Scholar in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick (UK), Ivy also holds a law degree from The Hague University of Applied Sciences (The Netherlands). She brings both academic rigor and practical grounding in impact measurement, venture building, and policy advocacy. Beyond research, Ivy is passionate about writing, art, and cultivating new narratives where regeneration, mindfulness, and spirituality intersect.

Ivy's PhD explores how institutional alliances and collaborative governance structures can accelerate regenerative futures. By integrating business model innovation, shared value co-creation, and dynamic capabilities, her research seeks to develop frameworks for orchestrating cross-sector collaboration at the ecosystem level.
Through DREAM+PLAN Ivy hopes to connect with a network of peers and mentors who will challenge her thinking, enrich my research, and open pathways for applied impact. More than that, she seeks strong allies who share the commitment to strive together for a better, regenerative planet.
