Jezeree's Story
Jezeree specializes in organizational psychology, training and development, and change management initiatives.
Born and raised in the Philippines, she discovered early on that education could open doors far beyond what she once imagined. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Silliman University (Philippines). She later pursued her Erasmus Mundus Master's Degree in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology, with joint diplomas from the University of Valencia (Spain), University of Coimbra (Portugal), University of Barcelona (Spain), and University of Bologna (Italy).
One of Jezeree’s driving forces in pursuing her PhD is not only expanding her knowledge but also using these learnings to make impact pursuits in the lives of others. It is this purpose that has driven her forward in the DREAM+Plan Project.
Jezeree’s PhD research explores the human side of implementing generative AI in organizations by understanding employees’ perceptions on AI-driven organizational change and how these perceptions shape their individual contributions to organizational performance over time.
Beyond the opportunity to pursue world-class education in Europe and Australia, she also aims to utilize science communication as a tool to effectively share her learnings with a wider audience, foster cross-cultural exchange, and expand her network across diverse groups of professors, industry experts, and fellow researchers.
